I was called by Mr Butler regarding several problems he had with his property in Sutton In Ashfield, Nottingham. It was being rented by a young couple and needed a lot of treatment to make it habitable once again.
The whole downstairs of the property required damp proofing treatment. The cellar required dry rot treatment and the floor above the cellar in the front room required total replacement as it was rotten.
