Midland Damp Doctor Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel the contract if you wish and this right can be exercised by sending a recorded postal delivery cancellation notice or email to the person mentioned in the following paragraph at any time within a period of 7 days starting with the day of receipt of a notice in writing of the right to cancel the contract.
Notice of cancellation is deemed to be served as soon as it is acknowledged by the trader.
We provide a cancellation form attached to all invoices.
You may be required to pay for the goods or services supplied if the performance of the contract has begun with your written agreement before the end of the cancellation period.
