We like to take the time at the end of each completed contract to ask our customers about their experience as a whole, so we can continue to improve and to get some overall feedback about the way we conduct our business.

“At first I was very reluctant to have this work carried out due to the high levels of dust it inevitably creates. I was particularly concerned about my tiled floor as it was fairly new and expensive. After discussing the method of work and the care that would be taken throughout the duration of the job I was put at ease and agreed to proceed.
